At Lamuse Clothing, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with your purchase. If for any reason you are not entirely happy with your order, we're here to help.
Exchange Policy
We accept exchanges in case of sizing issues, defective or damaged items. We offer exchanges within 2 days of your purchase, under the following conditions:
The item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it.
The item must be in the original packaging with all tags attached.
Please note:
Swimsuits are not exchangeable once sold for hygiene purposes.
Items sold during sale or at sale price are final, We do not offer exchanges or store credit for sale items.
To initiate an exchange, please contact our customer service team at [email protected] or 01-5903565 or reach out to us on Instagram (@lamuse.np) with your order details and your reason for exchange.
For customers within Kathmandu Valley, you can also visit our office for exchange.
For outstation customers, you need to send the products to our location address. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Send your products to: Lamuse Clothing, Banasthali - 16, Kathmandu.
Refund Policy
At Lamuse Clothing, we do not offer refunds. All sales are final. However, we understand that sometimes you may need an alternative. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you have the option to exchange the product or receive store credit.
Store Credit
If you choose to return an item and do not wish to exchange it immediately, we offer store credit. Store credit will be issued equivalent to the item's last sale price. You can use this store credit at any time to purchase new arrivals or other items from our store.
Example: If you purchased a dress for Rs. 1000/- and decide to return it without exchanging it, you will receive a Rs. 1000/- store credit. This credit can be used for any future purchase at Lamuse Clothing, giving you the flexibility to shop our latest collections or any other items of your choice.
